 Here's our story: My wife and I were living in a small bungalow built in Decatur, Ga.  We loved the house and planned to stay.  However, when our second child was born, we quickly realized that we were bursting at the seams and needed to move . . . soon. Our trouble was that the house was old, and we had only begun making the many necessary renovations. We assumed that it would be difficult and time consuming to sell unless we put a great deal of money into the property.

"We are very pleased to have known as real estate professionals, Paul and Rose Shane. When my significant other and I decided to wed, we also decided to purchase our first luxury home. As a black couple, we anticipated encountering an array of issues and problems. As we browsed so often through real estate listings, we realized that we would need the assistance of a professional to handle our real estate needs.  Our first experience with Paul and Rose was in October 2004. My fiancee' and I were reading the "Daily Report" legal journal when we saw a listing for a beautiful home in North Atlanta. Paul and Rose were the listing agents, and they were extremely responsive having met with us that same evening. Immediately, we knew that we wanted to work with them. They were such a wonderful team with years of real estate experience between them. We were very excited to contract with them to sell our present homes, while helping us to locate and purchase another. We immediately called Paul and Rose and the next day, they drove us through ice and rain to see that beautiful house.  Their quick response enabled us to put a contract on the house, which was accepted, and within thirty days that house was ours.
 
       Throughout the entire process, Paul and Rose were always sensitive to our needs, provided good advice, were pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the real estate market.  We have not only developed a wonderful professional relationship with Paul and Rose, but a friendship that we treasure, as well.  We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a property."
